Supplementary fees do not include Declaration fees.
(The supplementary fee will only be charged when said horse has been selected to run. A refund of 90% of
the supplementary fee will be made should that horse fail to make the starting field due to injury or illness
supported by a veterinary certificate.)

PAYMENT & DECLARATION

Entries/Declarations to run must be made by 9.00am (Dubai time), Monday, March 26 2012.

Payment of declaration / start fees must be made by 10.00am (Dubai time) on Tuesday, March 20 2012 by
certified cheque, bank draft or telegraphic transfer to the Emirates Racing Authority bank account.

Payments are non-refundable after declaration time on Monday, March 26 2012 unless a horse is ill or
injured and its condition is supported by a veterinarian certificate approved by the Emirates Racing Authority.

POST POSITION DRAW

The Post Position Draw for the Dubai World Cup, Dubai Sheema Classic and Dubai Duty Free will take place
in Dubai at 16:00 (Dubai time) on Wednesday, March 28 2012. All other races will be drawn on Monday,
March 26 2012.
